Three-roll mill machine
A three-roll mill is a machine that efficiently and evenly disperses highly viscous materials (silicone, etc.) and ink materials (wax + pigment). Because it is a very special machine, there are only a few companies in Japan that can service it.
We perform maintenance of the main unit, as well as reproduction and manufacturing of wear and abrasion parts. After prolonged use, the rolls become worn and scratched, which reduces dispersion efficiency and makes the quality of products unstable.
Bunbury mixer
A Bunbury mixer is a device (machine) used to mix raw materials for rubber and plastic resins to obtain the desired properties. There is also a kneader, which is a relatively light kneading machine. In both machines, two rotors with twisted blades on their shafts rotate in opposite directions to mix raw materials in a case that is heated or cooled by a jacket.
This equipment is often used in raw material production plants, and there are only a few companies in Japan that perform maintenance and modification of this equipment.
Repairs include the repair and fabrication of case inner surfaces, rotor blades, and jackets, and the replacement of consumable parts (bearings and seals). As one of our proposals for improvement to ensure long service life, we offer the overlay of wear-resistant materials on the inner surface of the rotor, seals, and case, and thermal spraying of the seals.
Reduction gears
We overhaul reduction gears and newly manufacture gears made by overseas manufacturers to domestic specifications. In addition, we can also manufacture to match the mating dimensions (size of the current installation).
When repairing a reducer made by an overseas manufacturer, it takes time and money to import parts. By manufacturing to domestic specifications, we can shorten the construction period and reduce the cost.
Manufacturing to the specifications of the customer's reducer is a time-consuming and difficult task. Regardless of the manufacturer, we can inspect and manufacture gears, perform nondestructive testing, replace bearings, and perform test run adjustments.
Preventive maintenance
Preventive maintenance is equipment maintenance that is performed in advance to prevent factory equipment and machinery from breaking down. We perform precision diagnostics and nondestructive testing of motors, reduction gears, and other equipment.
These inspections are performed by measuring vibration and frequency while the equipment is in operation. After detailed analysis, we make maintenance proposals. By performing maintenance before breakdowns occur, operating hours are not interrupted and repair costs are reduced.

Heat exchanger plugs（Curtiss-Wright EST）
We are a distributor and install plugs for small pipes in heat exchangers manufactured by Curtiss-Wright Flow Control Company EST.
Heat exchanger plugs are used to plug the ends of pipes with metal plugs when leaks occur in pipes with many small pipes, such as feed water heaters and condensers, which are heat exchangers.
If a hole develops in a small tube due to aging or fluid, and gas or liquid leaks through it, the efficiency of heat exchange is reduced. Therefore, the ends of leaking small tubes and tubes are plugged before the leakage to reduce the efficiency loss.
In Japan, welding is the most common method of treatment, but it is labor-intensive and sometimes difficult due to space limitations.
Pressure vessels
We fabricate, replace, repair, and inspect pressure vessels used in raw material plants.
Pressure vessels include "First-Class," "Second-Class," and "high-pressure gas" vessels. First-Class pressure vessels are required to be inspected by the Prefectural Labor Bureau, etc. at each stage of manufacture, import, installation, etc., including the manufacturing license. In addition, once a year after the vessel is put into service, a performance inspection by a registered performance inspection organization is mandatory.
Pressure vessels are used under severe conditions due to temperature differences, which may cause cracks in welds. In such cases, on-site repairs are performed to minimize the factory shutdown period.
Conveyor systems
We design and manufacture conveyor systems such as screw conveyors, bucket conveyors, and chain conveyors.
Among these, we focus on vertical conveyor systems. This is a lifting device exclusively for cargo. Since it does not fall under the Building Standard Law, there is no need to apply for a building permit or undergo periodic inspections when constructing a new building, and it is safe because there is no risk of people getting caught in it.
ENEDUCE
